what a day

Today was not as bad as I expected it to be, yet far more work than I expected. I ended up spending nearly 12 hours at work today, because I gave Doug & Derrick the day off. The morning was very very busy, however things calmed down to a managable pace in the afternoon, and I ended up spending the late afternoon just playing catchup on a lot of things. I'm quite exhausted now. I'm also on call this weekend,
