watching & listening
Last night we watched Batman Begins. Overall, I thought it was pretty good. It was a nice dark, underhyped return to the original two Batman movies (with Michael Keaton), without all the ridiculous crap (Batgirl, etc). The first 40 minutes were a bit long winded, but I guess they were important when considering the ending which tied in perfectly to the first Batman movie.
Today's NYTimes Magazine has a great article about KCRW's Nick Harcourt and his Morning Becomes Eclictic show. I started listening to it online about 2 months ago, although I don't have as much time to listen as I'd like lately.
