the hunt begins

We met with a realtor this morning for about 90 minutes. Overall, we're pleased with them, and since they're not forcing us into any exclusivity contracts, we're going to go with them. Tomorrow they're going to take us on some house tours in and around San Jose & Santa Clara.
After the realtor this morning, we first went up to IKEA in Palo Alto, and then went to this Ranch 99 like market called Mitsuwa. Their website sucks, but its very specialized in Japanese food items. I was tempted to get some Miso paste, but passed it up, in favor of two small bottles of Sake.
