Llama Land

so very tired

This week has been so rough. I was at work for 11 hours on Tuesday, 12.5 hours yesterday, and 10 hours today (i got off easy, i guess). One day left, and I'm hoping its not any worse. Today was pretty bad in the morning, but then improved in the afternoon. One of the so-called highlights of my morning was getting yelled at by a customer for not reading their minds on a potential bug that they failed to describe until 2 minutes before they yelled at me. grrr, i hate them.
