recovering & relapse

Returning from vacation always leaves me with a feeling of dread & forboding, and this week wasn't any different. Overall the week was ok, although there were some unpleasant surprises at work.
Fall has definitely arrived. Its been either raining or overcast nearly every day, with temperatures barely hitting 70F, and 40s at night. Right now there's a slight glimpse of sun on the eastern horizon, and its very dark & overcast elsewhere.
I ended up yanking out my down comforter 2 nights ago. I wasn't cold without it,but i felt alot more snuggly with it.
