Over the past 3 days, I watched Funny Games, Just Add Water and Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
Funny Games was odd & interesting. Its basically the story of this wealthy family that is taken hostage, tortured, and killed by these two extremely polite hooligans. The premise was interesting, but the overall execution was unbalanced, although the ending had an odd twist.
Just Add Water was a cute filck. It told the story of these people who live in the desert town of Trona, CA. The acting was decent, although a bit goofy at times.
Forgetting Sarah Marshall was rather amusing. If for no other reason, it should be seen for the puppets at the end.
