Today wasn't fun. It was nonstop chaos nearly all day long. Only in the last half hour before I left calmed down A large chunk of it was random busy work from Colin. The man is a genius in finding creative ways to keep people busy.<br />
Yesterday my employer laid off several people from the sales division. This is somewhat perverse since the quarter that we just finished was actually the best in the history of the company.<br />
I'm really starting to wonder why i try. Just cave into the dark lord, go with the flow, and make things easier on myself. More and more people who I like keep leaving, voluntarily and involuntarily. I wish I could find a way out, because its just so much of a constant struggle all the time, and its so mentally exhausting. The sad, and disheartening fact is that Colin will always win. He will always abuse his power to come out on top. The only people who can't veto him are the other VPs, and for the most part even they ignore him or give him what he wants.<br />
