touring the bay area....again
We looked at 3 more townhouses today. We both disliked the first, I loved the 2nd, Denise loved the 3rd. I'm so very tired of looking at homes. Part of me wants to just take a month off from this and then come back to it. At the same time, I know that it would drive Denise mad thinking that the perfect home would be passing us by during that month.
Denise made really great meatballs for dinner tonight (in sandwhich buns). I also made two batches of eggplant parm. For the curious (yea, all 0.2 of you), i layered eggplant (sliced diagonally), tomatoes, italian bread crumbs, shredded mozzerella, & pasta sauce in a baking dish, and then baked for 45 minutes at 400F. Actually, I only made one of the today, and put the second (larger one) in the fridge. It came out pretty well.
