Last night I watched Blood Simple, the first Coen brothers movie. Overall, I was disapointed, as it took forever for the plot to go anywhere. Basically the first 60 of the 94 minutes just dragged on and on with little plot development at all. The ending was pretty good. Unfortunately, I nearly dozed off a handful of times while watching it, which was a clear sign that I needed to go to bed early. That really did bother me, because I really wanted to stay up and watch another movie afterwards. So I ended up going to bed at 9:30pm.
David woke me at 6;45 this morning.
