I tried something new for dinner tonight. I got out a smaller pyrex baking dish, and put in white rice, onions, parsley, carrots, corn, peas and black bean sauce. I added water, and three chicken breasts, and baked it in the oven for 40 minutes at 450F. It came out fairly well.
I watched Silver City and Mindhunters tonight. Silver City was interesting, but it dragged on a bit too long. Mindhunters was really stupid fluff, but it was mildly entertaining.
