This week feels odd. Normally, I get a vibe for the week going into it, but this week is coming up as a big void. Today wasn't too bad, but i still had a chunk of random crap work to do as a result of my weekly meeting with Colin. I also had a moderately disturbing talk with Colin where he encouraged me to tell him what he could do better. Perhaps foolishly, I was somewhat honest, and selected a few of the least offensive items. He seemed to take it well, but in classic Colin style he dumped the responsibility on me to let him know how well he's doing. Jebus forbid that man ever took responsibility for his own behavior.<br />

Denise surprised me, and got me some really great food for dinner. She got me a spinach artichoke quiche, lemon sorbet, and dark chocolate covered strawberries (that she dipped herself). Today happens to be our 6th wedding anniversary. It doesn't feel like 6 years. Then again, it doesn't entire feel like 2 years since David was born either. Time flies.
