Today I grabbed the Whole Foods and Trader Joe's gift cards and went shopping for tasty morsels of pricy food. At Whole Foods I got four kinds of cheese, assorted olives, garlic cheese bread, chicken peanut thai sausage. The cheeses were an italian hard ricotta (which has the taste and consistancy of a feta), english cotswold (which is a softer cheese with a strong renin flavor), leerdamer swiss, and a smoked cheddar. At Trader Joe's, I got a 'NY Style' frozen cheesecake, a cucumber yogurt mixture called Tzatziki, a large bag of yellow corn tortilla chips, a large jar of medium garlic salsa, a small jar of fat free bean dip, and a container of peanuts. The tzatziki is amazingly delicious. I regret not getting a larger container.
