short week?
We went to the drive-in last night with David to see Cars. David was pretty excited to be (a) watching a movie, (b) staying up at night and (c) sitting in the car to watch the movie. The movie itself was one of the weakest Pixar films I've seen. The plot was rather thin and slow moving (I guess one was to compensate for the other). David did manage to stay awake until the movie was over (at 11:15PM), but fell asleep on the drive home.
We didn't do much today. Mostly just random odds & ends, I vacuumed. I installed a new game for David to play (Blue's Clues Kindergarten). Its got a few different modules (Math, Science, etc), but David isn't quite ready for most of them. He is pretty good at the 'telling time' module, so I'm hoping he'll grow from that one into the others.
I've got a short work week this week. In the past that has meant condensing 5 days of work. I'm really hoping that isn't the case this week.
