Yesterday, after picking up the car from the VW dealer, I ended up taking it for new tires, because it turned out that they were all virtually bald. That cost me another \$650, for a total of nearly \$1400 on the car yesterday.
Last night Denise made Tom Ka Gai for dinner. It was pretty good considering that we were somewhat limited in the ingrdients that we had. We had the coconut milk, lime juice, chicken & fish sauce, but beyond that we didn't really have most of the rest of the ingredients.
As I predicted, David woke up early this morning, ruining my chances of sleeping in.
This week is either going to suck miserably, or be surprisingly good.
