I saw Serenity today. Overall, I thought it was pretty good considering how little past material they had to work with. It was somewhat disapointing that some characters were written out of the plot, which really closes the door on any hope of the series being restarted or another movie. Yea, that was a spoiler, but I think it was sufficiently vague that the 0.35 people who read here won't be too betrayed.
