racing towards the finish

Today was one of those days where things went fairly smoothly in the morning and early afternoon, and then got exceedingly chaotic in the late afternoon. A new hire started today, and I ended up training him (plus for the rest of the week/month until he's ready to fly solo). That sucked up gobs of my time. Now I'm just exhausted and haven't really had a chance to relax yet.
