Since getting CHDK setup on my camera, I've started to experiment with its numerous awesome features. One of the really fun ones is the ability to set relatively lengthy exposure times. The camera defaults to a max of 15s, so getting alot more than that opens up numerous possibilities for night & dark photography. Last weekend I took a few shots in my backyard at night with an exposure of 70s. I think this one (an airplane flying overhead) turned out nicely:
