more air needed

This week continues to kill me. We hired one replacement who starts this monday. Made an offer to Doug, and he has until Friday to decide. It would be great if he accepts, so that I'd have a reliable team coming on board.
Still very swamped at work. I have to build a replacement, reliable ASP UML-based server, and have it up & ready for production by Friday of next week. Ugh, i'm so very exhausted mentally.
