This week was interesting. It was a mixture of being very busy, and frustrated. I started interviewing candidates to replace me. I made some good progress (I think, at least) getting ramped up learning the new job's workflow & responsibility. The big problem right now is that I keep wanting to think ahead to when I formally transition to the new job, even though I've got roughly 2 months until that happens. Therein is the frustration factor.
