Margot at the Wedding

Last night I watched Margot at the Wedding. This had to be one of the most bizarre & eclectic film casts I've ever watched. Nicole Kidman, Jack Black and Jennifer Jason Leigh? This oddball combo speaks volumes about the utter weirdness that is this film about a very dysfunctional family getting together for a wedding (which doesn't happen). There are also a bunch of supporting characters who are equally strange misfits in their own right. I guess the goal here was to see how many oddball weirdos they could cram into a single film, with very little plot holding it all together. Interestingly, the film wasn't bad, but it was just one strange scene after another.
