last chance

I expected today to be kinda rough, because yesterday was one of those days that ended with a bang. But instead, today was actually not too bad, and I only had to stay about 20 minutes late.
I think i'm getting sick. My throat feels kinda icky, and my left ear hurts a tiny bit. feh.
I'm still listening to audio books when I drive home, and I finished Douglas Adam's "Mostly Harmless" last week. It was really quite bad. It was just utterly stupid for so many parts, and the dialogue was attrociously banal. Oddly though, his Last Chance to See is starting off fairly well. I listened to the first chapter today, and so far its pretty good. Kinda sad that his non-fiction is more interesting than his fiction.
