I'm on TV...sort of

Someoe who is leaving the company on Friday dumped all kinds of random junk on a table, and made it a free for all. I snagged an ancient Connectix parallel-port webcam. I had very low hope of the thing working under Linux, much less at all. But, miracle or miracles, the hardware gods must be smiling upon me today, because not only did i get it working, but i've got it automated via a kludgy network of cronjobs to upload a shot of my cube at work every 60 seconds. So, for the latest amazing shot click HERE.
Other than that, its been rather quiet lately at work, which i'm sure that I just cursed to all hell by saying that. I'm still working on the SourceForge-on-a-CD project. Unfortunately, the CDRW that I was using seems to be dying. It refuses to get written to beyond 609MB, which screws the entire process when I have roughly 636MB to write. For the today, I sacrificed a CDR, but a tweak I made this morning caused a ramdisk blowup.
