When I got into work this morning, both the phones & network were down. Making a bad situation worse was the fact that I didn't have any way of contacting anyone to fix the problem because the phones were dead, and the network was down. It wasn't until nearly 9AM before everything was back to normal. The remainder of the day was actually uneventful and productive.
