I watched Franklyn tonight. This was the tale of a schizophrenic man with revenge fantasies in a fictional alternate reality. Beyond that, it was just plain bizarre, and almost impossible to follow. There were numerous subplots which either went no where, or were so convoluted that I couldn't follow them at all. All of this is quite a shame, as there was alot of wasted potential here. The set pieces were quite interesting, and the concepts in the alternate reality were also intriguing. Oh well.
