Llama Land

We ended up passing on the house today after we found out that it had nearly \$10k in termite damage. That was just ridiculous, and I didn't see the sense in sinking so much money into a house after paying \$565k for it. I'm disapointed this time, because I really loved that house alot. Guess we're back to square one again.
Today was one of those days at work where I had a ton of stuff to do early in the day, but it quieted down towards the end. I guess I prefer it this way, but it still isn't fun first thing in the morning.
