Work was actually not bad at all today, but my body & traffic conspired against me. My back was actually feeling better this morning, and then started to go south as the day progressed. Now it hurts more than ever, and is really uncomfortable. To top that off, the commute home today was absolutely horrific. 1 hour and 20 minutes to drive 37 miles. This had better not be a new trend, cause normally Monday's are the best commute home day of the week.
