As great as it was yesterday, today was the opposite. Most of it was because Doug was out, so I was doing his job plus my own. I spent nearly 3/4 of the day playing catch up with various assorted customer explosions.
I made a rather tasty dinner tonight, somewhat unexpectedly. A bunch of ingredients that I didn't even remember that I had suddenly popped up. I made elbow pasta with mushroom pasta sauce, onions, oregano, garlic powder, fresh sliced mushrooms, fresh diced tomatos, tofu, pinto beans, and marinated pepperocini. It came out on the spicy side, but was quite tasty anyway.
On Sunday, I watched Starsky and Hutch. It was about what I expected. I can't say that it was memorable or terribly amusing, but it was a way to pass 90 minutes of my life.
