better than yesterday
Overall, today was much better than yesterday, and the best of all possible endings to a miserable week. We went to Tilden Regional Park today. David rode the merry-go-round and steam train for the first time, and he seemed to enjoy them both alot. Also, since the park is in the Berkley hills, I took some incredible pictures of the Bay area (already uploaded). Somehow, while we were on the train, i managed to pull a muscle in my left shoulderblade, and its been very sore ever since.
Denise's parents agreed to watch David so that we could go out to dinner together. We went to Haps, which is a really nice steakhouse. Denise had a ribeye, and I had a veal chop. Both were very good. Her parents fly back home tomorrow night, ending the August visitation.
