Today sucked. Badly. For reasons completely unknown, we got 60% of the entire week's ticket volume in a 3 hour span this morning. So that's about a 900% over average increase. And they were mostly really crappy miserable issues too. To top it off one of them is a database problem that has nothing to do with what we're supporting but the customer wants to think of it all as the same thing.
Tomorrow I'm going hiking with Chris at Pinnacles National Monument. We've been there once before, although that was in September 2002, when it was about 105F outside.
