and it all ends in crap

For a week that started off relatively well, it all went to hell today. In addition to the work load taking off like crazy, Derrick turned in his 2 weeks notice. So now I enter back into the process of hiring someone new, plus being short one person, and on top of that, i'm the only one to answer phone calls. Its going to be even more hellish for a while.
In good news, my neck is feeling almost completely better. Also, David is now able to put on his socks and shoes on his own.
