all hell broke lose

This week had been going relatively well. The crap to producitivity ratio was in my favor. Then this afternoon happened. In the span of 2 hours our ticket load somehow managed to triple. LANL is being particularly annoying. They're not responding to tickets that they open, and then days or even weeks later, they reopen tickets and magically expect everything to be as it was before it was closed.
Denise's mother is coming to visit starting tonight. She leaves Friday of next week. Denise also has to go to the police station tomorrow morning to attempt to assist them in creating a sketch of the idiot who robbed her.
