a grand xmas
Now that the house hunt has been postponed until next year, we're able to focus on this year. Since I've got the last 11 days of the year off, we're going to take a trip around north eastern arizona & southern nevada. Christmas has considerably more meaning to Denise than it does me, and one of the biggest problems was trying to figure out how to deal with being away from home. A secondary problem was working out the itinerary so that we were not in an excessively expensive hotel for Christmas, nor in loserville. Denise gets all the credit for figuring this out, and we'll be staying at the south rim of the Grand Canyon. on Christmas Eve & Christmas. I'm hoping that there's some snow, so at least its a bit more special than if we were at home (where there would definitely not be snow).
