Woods Trail (Sierra Azule)

On Saturday, we hiked the Woods Trail, Sierra Azul Open Space Preserve. The out and back trail itself is only about 2.5 miles each way. The first half was relatively flat (although rather muddy in places from the recent rains), however there were numerous small waterfalls which were a nice surprise. Much of the 2nd half was somewhat steep, but there were occasional decent views across the valley towards the East Bay.
