I watched A Woman in Winter tonight. I wish I could say that I hated or loved it, but this was one truly bizarre film, and I honestly had no clue what was going on most of the time. There was something about astrophysics, and some weird French lady, but beyond that, I was quite lost.
Afterwards, I watched Starting Out in the Evening. The concept here was this grad student who had a borderline-unhealthy fascination with this rather old published writer. I'd say my biggest complaint is that the characters were largely one dimensional, and there was little effort made to explain the motivations for their behavior. Overall, it was ok though.
