Yesterday we drove down to Santa Cruz and spent a few hours at the Seymour Marine Discovery Center. David seemed to have a really great time. At first he was a bit apprehensive about touching the star fish and hermit crabs, but eventually he was loving it.
This morning David & I walked down to the park, and he had fun digging in the sandbox. Denise & I attempted to make pot stickers for dinner tonight, but they didn't come out as well as we had hoped. I thought that they tasted fine, but Denise thought that they were a failure. I think the big problem was that we couldn't find wonton skins, so we used spring roll skins instead, and they basically fell apart when cooking.
