watching daywatch

I saw Daywatch tonight. This was the sequel to Nightwatch, which I saw back in July. I'm not sure what to make of this movie. It took me forever to figure out what was going on, and once I did, I didn't care any more. I think they just relied on special effects a bit too much this time around, in an attempt to drive the story, and it didn't work out. There's supposed to be a third film in the future, to complete a trilogy.
