vista, so we meet again
I've ranted about Vista in the past, and sadly, I had to use it again today. I've come to the conclusion that Vista is WINXP with a new UI, and thoroughly confusing & frustrating menus everywhere. It truly boggles my mind why anyone wants to use this utter turd in wolves clothing. Tasks that were mildly annoying in WINXP are utterly frustrating in Vista. For starters, there's the pathetic excuse for security embedded in unending pop-ups asking if you *really* want to do something. Apparently the "Add/Remove Programs" thing wasn't obnoxious enough, so they had to rename it, and then overhaul the UI so that its even less intuitive. The suckage just goes on and on and on. If Vista was a person, it would be this deformed freak of nature, who needs to put on gobs of makeup just to appear normal.
