David & I did the trick-or-treat routine tonight while Denise stayed home and handed out candy. We easily got twice as much loot this year compared to last. This was primarily due to David having a much better understanding of how the routine works, and us hitting up alot more houses. Overall, he got a decent assortment, with a few weird choices, such as 1 Werther's Original, a few pixie sticks, an unlabeled piece of something in blue foil, and a political tract, in Spanish no less, urging us to vote 'Si' on prop8. Denise said that she got a total of 9 trick-or-treaters over 90 minutes, which felt like a slow night. Its been raining off & on, so perhaps that kept many inside.
