Didn't do terribly much exciting this weekend, primarily because Denise has a nasty cold.
Yesterday, I setup my ancient (parallel port) Connectix Color QuickCam 2.0 (the one that used to be at work) at home. It was surprisingly alot easier to setup than I had expected. Its now attached to the same old (Celeron 400) laptop that is powering my USB Philips 690 Webcam. I'm using cqcam to grab snapshots via a very simple cronjob that basically runs:
cqcam -32- -r -a+ -j -x 420 -y 360 -q 95 > /tmp/pic.jpg

and then uploads the resulting image with the date/time stamp at the bottom (thanks to stamp).
Last night I watched After the Sunset. It was fairly mediocre, with a predictable plotline, poor acting, and little else.
