the traps

We went hiking today at Las Trampas Regional Preserve. The fact that this park is about a 15 minute drive from where we live is rather impressive. The 4.56 mile hike went really well, and we had a good time. There were a few cows here & there along the trail that David was highly amused by. At the highest point of the trail, we could see all the way to San Francisco to the west, and Mount Diablo to the east. A few parts of the trail were somewhat muddy, but overall it was in good condition. Pictures are up at the usual place.
