that's no lemon!

On Friday, I accidentally discovered that the tree that we were lead to believe was a lemon tree (with football sized lemons), is actually a citron tree. This certainly explains why they're freakishly large, and not as juicy as a lemon. Anyway, I started juicing these monsters yesterday by cutting the thing into quarters, or even eighths and then trying to squeeze them. Each one has about a half cup of juice.
