Tonight I saw two films. First was Bug. This film was unbelievably warped. It was definitely an interesting study of the psychologically imbalanced going to extremes. Beyond that, I found large chunks of it boring or pointless.
After that, I saw Everything's Gone Green. This film had an interesting premise, but then proceeded to attempt to tackle multiple social & political issues all at once, and did a miserable job on all of them. Add to that the fact that nearly all the actors were absolutely awful, and I just ended up rather disappointed. The scenery in & around Vancouver was gorgeous, but that certainly wasn't sufficient to carry the film.
