mmmmm...pasta

Work today was better than yesterday, but was still rather crazy. Somehow I managed to get out at 5PM, but I have a bad feeling that won't happen tomorrow.
I came up with another amazing pasta creation tonight. First I cookied 3 cups of springs in pata sauce with oregano, garlic & a chopped up onion. While it was cooking, I added some mushrooms, and part-skim ricotta, and two large diced up tomatoes. Then i coated a pyrex baking disk with olive oil, and poured the entire mixture in. I put the entire thing into a 500F oven for 30 minutes, then put shredded mozarella over the top, and baked for another 10 minutes.
