infestation

Our naval orange tree's oranges are starting to fully ripen. We tasted one of the oranges earlier this week, and it was amazing. Tart, juicy, and near perfect. Two days ago, Denise noticed a small white box hanging in the tree, and under our door was a pamphlet from the state department of food & agriculture notifying. The pamphlet advised us that medfly traps had been placed in fruit trees as a precaution, and that they would be inspecting them every other week for the presence of flies.
