I watched Laura Smiles tonight. This film was great. The title character basically is descending into madness as a result of a traumatic incident from years earlier, and her behavior just keeps growing more and more shocking as time progresses. At first, she's just saying things that are inappropriate, but she quickly graduates into actions that are even more inappropriate. For me, none of it was expected.
