Summer finally kicked in this week. It was unusually cool until Monday, when we started getting 90s every day since.
The home we visited this morning is, by far, the best we've looked at thus far. The neighborhood looked ok, the home was in decent condition, wasn't too small, and had decent 'curb appeal'. We both realize that we're unlikely to find anything better than this one, which has forced us to seriously consider whether to make an offer.
This afternoon, I watched Mr. & Mrs. Smith. It was ok, but not great.
