I saw Gran Torino tonight. Overall, it was pretty good, although it was a bit predictable for much of the final third. It was basically the classic emotional growth story, where the primary character starts off with a huge character flaw, and then grows past that limit. Clint Eastwood's acting definitely carried the film, however the supporting cast did well too.
