daddy works with a tiger
Today, my employer held this massive carnival for employees and their families. I can't begin to think about how much it might have cost, but it was quite impressive. Jump houses, carnival game booths, tons of food, a DJ, a sand box, a small bumper car track. So Denise drove down with David, and we had a pretty good time. Towards the end, we ran into a person in a tiger costume, and David went over and gave it a huge hug. Apparently on the drive home, all he was talking about was how I work with a tiger, and how he hugged a tiger.
This week was a pretty good one at work. I got alot done, and didn't have any rough days.
Yesterday I finished listening to Douglas Adams' "Last Chance to See". It was actually a damn good (audio)book. And sadly, it was quite alot better than his Hitchhiker's Guide series (or the first and last books that I've finished thus far). The guy does non-ficition amazingly well, but his fiction is quite painful.
Tomorrow we go on yet another hunt for a house.
