comfortably numb
Earlier today I took David to the park. He had a pretty good time. Overall I think he was somewhat stunned by all of the other kids running around, talking and acting crazy. He really liked the various slides. After a few runs down a straight, uncovered slide while holding my hand, he did it on his own without any help from me. He was absolutely loving going down that slide on his own over and over. He wanted to do some spiral and covered slides on his own, but i didn't want to risk him hitting his head on the way down. Perhaps some other time when Denise is there too so that we can be at both the top & bottom of the slide. I took and uploaded a few pictures too.
I'm still fighting this stupid head cold. For the most part its just all stuffy now, and the runny stage is over. But that means that my ears are clogged often. I took a single sudafed at 11AM, and for the past half hour or so I feel really wonky. I feel exhausted, and my head is all floaty. Argh, i just want to clear my head, and and now its more fuzzy and stuffed than before.
