and now for something different
I couldn't figure out what I wanted to have for dinner tonight. Then I remembered that I had a block of firm tofu in the fridge (actually 2). So I decided to try something different, and cut it into small cubes, and fried it up in olive oil. It came out surprisingly well (nice, golden brown on the outside, squishy warm on the inside). I threw some curry sauce on top, with some corn & beans, and mixed it all together, and it actually tasted fairly good for something that I put together on the fly.
